FEES

We aim to provide a quality service that is affordable. Fee levels will be set by the management committee each year on completion of an annual budget and according to the centre's required income.

Fee Payment

An initial bond of $50 must be paid in advance. This money will be held until the end of the year or when the child leaves the centre.

Fees can be paid weekly, fortnightly, monthly or by the term but must be kept up to date and paid in advance for the following week.

Fees can be paid by cash or cheque made payable to BBPS P&C Before and After School Care and should be placed in the fees box at the centre.

Casual users must inform the centre by giving 24 hours notice if their child will not be attending on a booked day otherwise fees are payable. Fees are to be paid for the days the child is booked into the centre, including time when the child is absent due to illness or holidays, pupil free / teachers strike days and public holidays.

Parent Entitlements for Fee Assistance

The centre is approved to offer Child Care Benefit (CCB) to eligible families. CCB cannot be offered to families until the assessments have been completed by Centrelink and the centre has received appropriate notification from Centrelink.

The co-ordinator will ensure that all necessary forms are available and notices posted to inform parents of CCB availability
