ENROLMENT
We aim to provide an efficient enrolment procedure that is clear and understandable to our school community.
We will ensure the confidentiality of our families through the provision of secure recording and storage procedures.
Procedure
There are two enrolment forms: Parent Enrolment (shown at right) and Child Enrolment. Each form must be fully completed before the child can attend the centre.
A non-refundable enrolment fee of $15.00 per child must be paid before the child can attend the centre.
Enrolment forms are updated yearly or when there are changes to the family's circumstances. It is vital that contact
information be kept up to date to ensure parents/carers can be reached.

Enrolment - Need to Know
If a child is subject to an access order or agreement, the service must have a copy on record plus any subsequent
alteration registered by the court. Evidence of court orders or agreements will be considered part of the enrolment
in order to minimize the likelihood of distressing situations occurring in the future.
To confirm re-enrolment for the following year, current parents are asked to fill in a simple re-enrolment form at the end
of each year (the service will provide the form at that time), which updated their current circumstances and any changes
to care required.
Depending on availability of care, children may be enrolled at any time throughout the year.
Parents may also place their child on the waiting list for teh current or upcoming year, if they do not reuire care
immediately. Care will be determined by availability and priority of access guidelines.
